How long do the artisanal tours last?
Most signature tours span 4-5 hours, allowing for immersive tastings and guided brewery exploration without the rush.
What is included in the tour?
All tours include luxury transportation, expert tasting flights at multiple breweries, and curated food pairings to enhance the artisanal experience.
Is transportation provided?
Yes. Group transport is organized in our premium hub-to-hub shuttle. Private tours offer custom pick-up points across Ventura.

How do I book or reschedule?
Bookings are made via our online portal. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours prior to departure, subject to availability.
What is the minimum participation age?
Participating in alcohol tastings requires a minimum age of 21. A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all tour guests.

How do I book a tour?
Reservations can be made directly through our online booking portal. Simply select your preferred date, tour type, and group size to secure your artisanal experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital payment options including Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit.
Can I reschedule my tour?
Rescheduling is permitted based on availability if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Please reach out to our team to find an alternative date.
What are the age limits?
All guests participating in beer tastings must be 21 years of age or older. Non-drinkers and minors are welcome on select tours with advance notification.
What are the ID requirements?
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all guests. Passports or driver's licenses are the only forms of identification accepted at the breweries.
