Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below 

before booking.

 

Public Walking Tours

 

— Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for 

a full refund.

— Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable but 

may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.

— No-shows are non-refundable.

 

Private Tours

 

— Private tour deposits are non-refundable.

— Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date may be eligible for a 

partial refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

— Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

 

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

 

In the event a tour must be canceled due to severe weather, brewery closures, or other 

circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or 

receive a full refund.

 

Gift Cards

 

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
