gift card, or otherwise using the Ventura Brew Tours website. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Age Requirement

All tour participants must be 21 years of age or older and must present valid,
government-issued identification at the time of the tour. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide valid identification.

Booking and Payment

— All bookings are subject to availability.
— Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
— Prices for public tours, private tours, and gift cards are subject to change without notice, though confirmed bookings will honor the price paid at the time of purchase.

Tour Itinerary and Brewery Stops

Brewery stops, tour routes, schedules, and duration are subject to change based on availability, operational needs, and circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific brewery stops and do not claim an official partnership with any brewery unless specifically stated.

Responsible Service

We are committed to responsible alcohol service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant who appears intoxicated or behaves in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive to the group, without refund.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to treat tour guides, other participants, and brewery staff with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour, without refund, for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

Transportation

We provide walking tour experiences only. Participants are solely responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from tour locations. We strongly encourage all guests to plan transportation in advance and to drink responsibly.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in a Ventura Brew Tours walking tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to walking on public sidewalks and consuming alcohol. By participating, you assume all risks associated with the tour and release us from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire. Gift cards may be used toward the purchase of public tours, private tours, or other services we offer.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is our property and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or
participation in a tour.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
